You breathe in
Hold anywhere on the screen for as long as you need.
No count to follow. No timer to beat.
There is no pattern to keep up with. One small gesture is enough.
Hold anywhere on the screen for as long as you need.
Lift your finger when you are ready. Nothing needs to be counted.
The out-breath lasts longer because your inhale set its length.
No timer to chase. No routine to choose. Just one breath when you want one.
A short inhale is fine. A long one is fine too. Swyn does not measure either.
The breathing screen is there when you open the app. Settings can wait.
One breath is enough. You can stay longer if that is what you need.
Swyn opens straight onto the breath. There is no programme, account screen, or list of things to decide first.

Set the out-breath once, from gentle to long and slow. Your inhale still decides the rest.

SlowPick up to three times for Swyn to be there: to start gently, take a breath, or wind down. They are local reminders, set entirely by you.

Swyn works on Apple Watch on its own. Leave your phone in another room — or at home. You can also turn your wrist down to breathe in and turn it back up to let go.
No account. No tracking. No analytics. Swyn makes no network requests, so the app works the same in aeroplane mode.
